AccessIng CloudBooking (Step 1)

CloudBooking Access Options

There are multiple ways in which a client can access your CloudBooking site. You can embed your CloudBooking directly into your website. Or you can send an email invite to them from your StudioCloud free business management software. Or you can add a book now button to facebook, your blog, or your website.

The LogIn Process (Step 2 and 3)

Client Login Options

CloudBooking comes with three ways in which a client can login. The clients can register as a new client, login using their email address, or login using their name and zip/postal code.

Customized Questions (Optional)

After the client has successfully logged into the CloudBooking system they are presented with a list of custom questions which they will need to fill out before they can book an appointment. The custom questions are only required if you enable them in the CloudBooking Manager

Availability Method (step 3)

Book By Available Appointments

This availability method examines the calendar and identifies available appointments based upon the desired booking duration.

Book By Available Employee (Requires EmployeeBoost)

This availability booking method requires that the client first select the employee that they want to work with. Then, once the employee has been selected, CloudBooking will examine the calendar and identify available appointments based upon the desired booking duration. Book By Available Location (Requires EmployeeBoost)

This availability booking method requires that the client first select the location that they are interested in. Then, once the location has been selected, CloudBooking will then examine the calendar and identify available appointments based upon the desired booking duration. This availability booking method requires that the client first select equipment that they are interested in. Then, once the equipment has been selected, CloudBooking will examine the calendar and identify available appointments based upon the desired booking duration. Booking Duration Method (Step 3)

Appointment Are All The Same Duration

This booking duration method shows all of the available appointments as the exact same duration.

Appointment Duration Is Based On Desired Appointment

This booking duration method shows all of the available appointments as the duration of the desired appointment.

Appointment Duration Is Based On Desired Product, Service, Or Package

This booking duration method uses the default timeframe associated with a product, service, or package to determine the length of an event. In addition, this method also provides the customer with a price for the product, service, or package. If this method is used, then the customer can be required to pay by credit card at the time of checkout.

Checkout Process (Step 4)

Appointment Confirmation Options

When the customer books an appointment you can either have CloudBooking automatically confirm the appointment as booked at that time or you can confirm the appointment as booked at a later time. If the later option is selected, then an email will be sent to the business requesting that the appointment be confirmed.

Credit Card Payment Options

If the product, service, or package booking duration method is selected then you have the option of requiring a client to pay by credit card at the time of booking. This method requires a Merchant Warehouse account. Learn More About Merchant Warehouse
